Budete se starat o to, aby zákaznická a interní řešení Azure fungovala hladce a s co nejmenšími prostoji. Pomůžete navrhovat, vytvářet, vyvíjet a implementovat nová řešení pro zákazníky v Azure a v úzké spolupráci s naším týmem Microsoft a MS365 také pro hybridní řešení. Budete kontaktní osobou pro náš prodejní tým v oblasti technické podpory.
Are you experienced in Azure administration and development? Is Azure your world? Would you like to develop your skills within Azure architecture, design and development? Then come to join our team and become our new colleague.
Your responsibilities
You will make sure that customers' and internal Azure solutions are running smoothly and with as little down time as possible. You will help design, create, develop, and implement new solutions for customers in Azure and in close corporation with our Microsoft and MS365 team also for hybrid solutions. You will be the go-to person for technical support for our sales team.
Manage current tenant for Azure
" Administrate Azure solution
" Implement new tools and features into our digital tools and channels
" Support customers with solutions and trouble finding
" Help train our internal users in non-technical positions, create training materials
" Participate on migrations from private cloud to public cloud
" Help manage day to day maintenance in Azure
" Help design, create, and implement Azure solutions for customers
" Develop new IT Relation service in Azure using IaC

You will also get to participate on the following tasks:
" Design, plan and implement Azure infrastructure solutions
" Join projects on new setups or redesign of old setups
" Look into new technologies and make sure we are always up to date
" Automate and optimize manual tasks
" Create "best practices" and documentation

How will your typical day look like?
You will start with going through the new tickets in the queue and then discuss and assign them with the rest of the Azure team in our morning meeting. Tasks can be all from incidents from monitoring, requests from customers or other forms of day-to-day operations. Projects and service development will also be a large part of your day, both internal (working on new technologies, automation, development, and maintenance) and new customer solutions.

About you
" Min. 3 years of experience as Azure Administrator or similar position
" Skilled in Azure and hybrid solutions
" Skilled in PowerShell, and able to read and write scripts
" Experience with supporting Azure tenant and advanced knowledge of Azure management
" Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Active Directory
" Knowledge of Azure architecture and how to build solutions
" Skilled in Azure security - when, what and how to use it
" Have knowledge of general network configuration, Microsoft 365 infrastructure, AD and sync to Azure AD
" See a need across customers and develop a service to fill that need using IaC
" Fluent in English, both spoken and written
