What we expect of you:

• Master degree of law;
• Experience with commercial, IT and IP law;
• 1 to 2 years of working experience as an Associate or internal lawyer is beneficial;
• Proficiency in English and Czech/ Slovak language.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assisting in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts relating to SaaS and e-commerce (mostly in English language)
• Providing day-to-day legal support to the business teams
• Assisting in structuring of sales models of software products
• Setting up privacy models
