You will join our Backup & Patch team

The team is located in Prague and several locations in Denmark. You will have 5 colleagues in Denmark, 2 of them very skilled Patch Management Specialists and there are 3 more colleagues who help us with daily tasks located in the Philippines.

Most of our communication is virtual, but you can expect to travel to our Danish offices to better know your colleagues here and you can expect once in a while their visit in Prague office. Most of the time we are working from home but we like to meet each other also in the office or after the working hours. We like to keep a relaxed tone in the team, help and support each other.

About the position

You will be an integrated part of our team which is responsible for making the patch systems in IT Relation/ITm8 run efficiently.

We make sure that our colleagues have the knowledge to use the systems and help our customers.

We assist our colleagues on customer cases with specialist knowledge.

A big part of the job is to keep improving our solutions by automation and planning future needs for the customers.

You will also participate in on-call duty outside of the business hours (in a very limited amount)

About you

" 2+ years of experience in working with IT Operations
" Wilingness to specialize in patch management / experience in patch management
" Broad general IT knowledge especially with Microsoft Servers (Linux, Network, SQL will be an advantage)
" Knowledge on Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager is an advantage
" DevOps is a part of your thinking
" Ability to adapt to changing environment
" Knowledge of ITIL based processes
" Fluent in English
We will also consider someone who has experience from the IT Operation area with a basic overview about patch management and with the desire to develop in the field of patch management.
