At IT Relation we want to expand our team with more experienced, focused, and talented Microsoft SQL DevOps administrators to our office in Prague. You will be part of a group embodied by dedicated technicians dealing with architecture, customer project implementation, development, administration, automation, and operation of our clients' environments. Together you will ensure environmental stability, as well as provide high quality proactive service.
How will be your typical day look like?
As Microsoft SQL DevOps administrator at IT Relation, you are a part of a growing company. It presents a lot of exciting challenges and the opportunity to make your mark on the company. In union with our business-partners we are on top of the newest technology, but we are also aware, that it isn't all it takes. That is why we are focused on understanding and accommodating our clients' demands within operation of servers and applications on varying platforms.

Examples of your work-tasks could involve:
" Architecture of new customer solutions
" Implementing and migrating customers to new systems
" Daily operation-tasks
" Composition and maintenance of SQL and PowerShell scripts to automation of our implementing and daily operation
" Help co-workers and customers to better solutions
" Participate in problem management teams to solve problems.
" Write procedure to level1.
" See a need across customers and develop a service to fill that need using IaC

Professional qualifications:
To become a proficient Microsoft SQL DevOps administrator, you will need the drive to continue your personal development. It may be an advantage to have operating experience from the hosting branch or other larger environments, and to add to it.

Experience with one or more of the following environments is a plus:
" Extensive hands-on experience with SQL 2016+
" Experience with troubleshooting / tuning SQL server performance
" Hands-on experience regarding daily /weekly SQL database maintenance
" Knowledge about SSIS / SSRS
" MS Windows Cluster Services
" MS Always On Availability Groups
" MS Windows reporting services
" Automation through PowerShell
" Azure and operation of solutions implemented in Azure
" Power BI / Reporting services knowledge
