Sales support manager

Requirements:

• A communicative person (likes social interaction)
• High organizational and planning skills
• User knowledge of Social Media
• Analytical experience
• Microsoft Office – PP, Excel, Word
• English language on a high level
• Experience in Direct sales or MLM is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Contact person for Partners and support of development of new potential leaders
• Training – passing on knowledge and experience
• Central point of contact and support for Partners within business and network-related topics, continuous communication and exchange
• Continuous, creative, funky, and clear communication with the network (Partners/customers) on sales-related topics
• Monitoring network development and preparing support materials for PowerPoint or reports, spotting new talents, spotting risks, proposing solutions, analysing global and local motivational programs (incentives, trips, others)
• Recognition concept
• Regular Market Competitors analysis
• Direct reporting to the Country manager
