- Incident resolution: Lead the technical response to high-priority (Sev 1-4) incidents, ensuring system stability across CET, USA, and APAC time zones.
- Collaborate with teams: Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and propose solutions in coordination with client teams.
- Preventive support: Conduct system health checks and knowledge-sharing sessions, addressing issues proactively to maintain system performance.
Požadavky
- MQ expertise:
- Advanced knowledge and skills of IBM MQ technology
- Accomplished technical MQ Expert in the depth of the knowledge, the level of skills, and the breadth of experience
- 3+ years of experience in MQ or similar messaging middleware.
- Proven skills in resolving critical system issues and collaborating across time zones.
- Availability for on-call support (9:00 – 17:00 CET/USA/APAC).
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
