As a IT Support Specialist, you'll leverage your Java and SQL expertise to resolve customer issues on the internal company applications and provide an exceptional support experience on enterprise-level applications.

Popis pozice

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using Java and SQL
• Support customers in real-time via chat, phone, and online channels
• Track and manage cases in the ticketing system
• Communicate issue statuses effectively with customers
• Create and update resources for the User Community and internal knowledge base
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally

Požadavky

• Practical experience with SQL and Java
• Bachelor's degree in IT
• At least 1 year in tech support, development, IT or QA
• Fluency in English to collaborate with international colleagues
• Proficiency in a second European language (French, Spanish, German, etc).
• Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
