Greet guests and colleagues with warmth and hospitality, ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued.
Organize standard reception operations, including handling phone calls, emails, courier services, taxi requests, and addressing ad-hoc tasks and situations.
Ensure the smooth operation of the office, taking care of the kitchen, maintaining coffee machines, ordering office supplies, and coordinating with contractors and service providers.
Communicate with the building administration to solve operational problems (parking, temperature conditions, registration of entry cards).
Prepare meeting rooms and assist in meetings: replenish office supplies, order refreshments, and offer drinks.
Support the Learning & Development department in preparing meeting rooms for training classes and keeping the training space organized.
Manage the booking process for office cars with necessary system reporting.
Requirements
Intermediate level of English (confident level) is mandatory; knowledge of Ukrainian is an advantage.
Experience with MS Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities.
Flexible thinking and problem-solving abilities.
High level of responsibility and self-organization.
Enthusiasm for organizing and maintaining a vibrant and efficient workspace.
