Join an international company with its core business in LED Lighting as a Sales Manager! You will have an important role in managing sales activities while developing and implementing strategic initiatives. You will be fostering strong relationships with new and existing customers with the aim to grow business and promote our innovative lighting solutions.

Popis pozice

• Take ownership of the area sales budget to deliver and exceed sales in line with agreed objectives.
• Establish new as well as developing existing customer networks with the aim of building long-term relationships with end users.
• Develop and implement a sales plan which integrates with the regional sales plans.
• Understand sector drivers and opportunities in order to develop strategies and tactics to achieve sustainable growth.
• Provide excellent and professional customer service to all clients.
• Close cooperation with internal sales and lighting design colleagues, recognizing sales as team work.

Požadavky

• Understanding of the lighting, construction or building services sector with relevant experience in an end user based sales role.
• Proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships and strong commercial mind-set.
• Great communication skills with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• You are a natural relationship builder who works closely with colleagues to ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do
• Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Encountering challenges with a positive attitude and having an interest in technology.
• Curious with a desire for continuous improvement and development.
• Good level of computer skills (MS Office, SAP etc.), full professional proficiency in Czech language and very good English skills.
