Salesforce Analyst – Frontend Systems
Join a collaborative team working on branch applications and client identification, where you’ll help deliver new products to customers and support internal teams operating on the Salesforce platform.

What you will do

• Understand solution architecture and work with business requirements, refining and negotiating them when needed.
• Create functional analysis and logical design based on provided inputs.
• Present your outputs to stakeholders for approval and to development teams as input for further work.
• Support the testing team, prepare test scenarios, and participate in expert testing.
• Contribute to a variety of exciting projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Požadavky

What you need to succeed

• Fluent Czech and English
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce or the ability to learn it quickly with enthusiasm.
• Strong analytical thinking and UML knowledge.
• Experience with Enterprise Architect (required).
• Ability to design and document system analysis artefacts (advantage).
• Technical awareness of development standards and technologies (Java, databases, multi-tier systems).
• Ability to work in both waterfall and agile environments.
