What you will do:

• Procurement Planning: Assists in developing and executing procurement plans plans in accordance with procurement policies.
• Supplier Management: Maintains strong relationships with suppliers and conducts regular reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Procurement and negotiation: Leads the process for requesting bids and comparing assigned categories, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts and terms.
• Price Negotiations: Conducts price negotiations with vendors to obtain competitive rates and achieve cost savings within established specifications.
• Contract Management: Manages purchasing contracts and ensures compliance with contractual obligations.
• Market Developments: Constantly monitor market developments to keep abreast of trends, price fluctuations and new suppliers in the market.
• Reporting and Analysis: Collects and analyzes data related to procurement performance, cost savings and supplier performance to make recommendations for improvement.
• Risk Management: Identifies and manages potential risks in the supply chain and recommends strategies to minimize risks.
• Collaboration: Works closely with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing, logistics and finance, incl the holding company to understand procurement needs and meet organizational requirements.
• Compliance: Ensures compliance with applicable procurement guidelines, policies and legal requirements.

What we expect:

• Experience in purchasing or sourcing functions (preferably in a similar industry)
• Graduation in Purchase/Sourcing
• Excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement strategies and processes
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• English C1/C2, Czech native speaker
• ERP, SAP
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
• MS Office
• Driving license – active driver
