Purpose of the Role:
The Manager Special Projects is responsible for planning, managing, and executing strategic and operational special projects within the company.
The role requires a high degree of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to coordinate various stakeholders and deliver results efficiently and systematically.
Your tasks:
- Independent management and implementation of high-priority special projects
- Analysis and optimization of existing business processes and structures
- Support of executive management in company-wide initiatives
- Interface management between departments, partners, and external service providers
- Preparation of decision papers, presentations, and project reports
- Identification of new business opportunities and development of innovative solutions, including analysis of existing business processes and workflows, identification of improvement potentials, and initiation and implementation of corresponding improvement projects
- Monitoring of project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Your experience:
- Completed degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a comparable field
- Broad knowledge across multiple business disciplines and functional areas, enabling effective cross-departmental collaboration
- Proven experience in successfully managing complex projects across various functional areas
- Experience in consulting (e.g., management consulting, in-house consulting, or project-oriented line functions) is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of project management methods and tools
- Fluent language skills in English and Czech, both spoken and written
- Proficient with MS Office; experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project) is an advantage
